SPA BOOKINGS & ETIQUETTE

We want you to enjoy the full experience of your treatment. Arriving late will only lessen time spent with us. Please ensure that you arrive on time.New clients
Please allow an additional 15 mins prior to your initial visit to complete your consultation card. Please disclose any medical conditions or current medications prior to your treatment.
Mobile phones
We ask you turn off/silence your phone prior to your appointment with us.
No children under 16 years old in the Spa
We do not allow children under the age of 16 in our Spa. Due to the number of med tech, Laser equipment and products in our spa. We take health and safety very seriously and also want to respect all our clients and provide a relaxing environment for all to enjoy.

Cancellations
Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide 24 hours’ notice if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. Cancelation fees will apply if less that 24hr notice is given.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa, Afterpay,

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide us with at least 24-hour notice.  This way, we will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.  We will endeavor to send out reminder text or emails 24 hours prior to your appointment.
 
Unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
